Questions
What owners ask before they sign.
Straight answers about how the agent behaves, what happens when something goes wrong, and who owns what.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. Your agent introduces itself as a virtual assistant, and callers can ask for a person at any time. Being upfront builds trust and keeps you ahead of AI disclosure rules.
What if the agent can't handle a call?
It takes a detailed message. Anything urgent or outside its script is transferred to your team or texted to your on-call phone right away.
What happens if the system goes down?
Every agent has a fallback. If the AI can't pick up, the call rings through to your regular line or voicemail, so no call is ever dropped.
Is our customer data safe?
Calls, transcripts and lead data live in accounts set up for your business, with access limited to your team and ours. Recordings are kept for a fixed period and then deleted. We don't currently handle protected health information, so for dental and medical clients the agent takes scheduling details only.
Is it legal to text our leads?
Yes, done right. We register your texting number with the carriers and only follow up with people who contacted you first. Every message includes an easy way to opt out.
Do we own what you build?
Your leads, transcripts, scripts and phone number are yours. If you ever leave, we export your data and help you move your number.
Is there a contract?
Plans start with a twelve-month term so your agent has time to be tuned and prove itself, and your rate is fixed for that term. After that, it renews month to month and either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
Do we have to change our phones or software?
No. You keep your number, your CRM and your calendar. We connect to what you already use.
